With the holidays fast approaching, it’s time to entertain! Be the hostess with the mostess and join the new co-op class on the how-tos of charcuterie: Charcuterie 101. Charcuterie 101 will take place on October 16 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. and feature 1.5 hours of great information,16+ unique meats, cheeses, and sides to taste, and the opportunity to build your own sampler to take home!
