The East Aurora Co-op Market recently partnered with It Takes A Community for a Round Up at the Register Initiative. From July through August, co-op shoppers had the option to support It Takes A Community (ITAC) by rounding up their total purchase. Through the co-op community’s generosity, a grand total of $2,812.25 was raised.
It Takes A Community’s mission is to increase awareness of and reduce youth substance use within the community and enhance communication between parents, youth, educators and residents, while utilizing data to drive prevention efforts, promote education, and provide access to resources.
