If you are looking for ways to improve your cholesterol, blood sugar readings, and overall health, join us for this discussion on ways of improving these lab tests as well as your overall health through lifestyle management. Betsey will answer questions and discuss ways to improve cholesterol and blood sugars through healthy eating and exercise. She will also share tips on how to maintain healthy eating during the holidays.
A graduate of the State University at Brockport and University of Rochester, Betsey has worked as a certified family nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator for over 20 years. She has worked and taught in various diabetic education roles, including coordinator of the American Diabetes Association accredited Univera Health Diabetes Education Program and Diabetes Group. She currently practices as a nurse practitioner and diabetes educator at Southwestern Medical Associates in Orchard Park.
