Registered dietitian Theresa Bindig, MS, RD, CDN, will answer these questions and discuss the pros and cons of organic foods over traditionally grown foods.
A graduate of William Smith College and Framingham State University, Theresa has served as the nutrition counselor at Neighborhood Health Center in Buffalo since 2009. During her 10+ years of experience as a dietitian she has worked in a variety of health care settings including rehab, long-term care, home care and ﬁtness centers. She also holds a certiﬁcation in adult weight management and is a proud member-owner of the co-op.
