Since the U.S. Mint is ceasing penny production, the co-op is introducing a new penny-rounding function for cash transactions. When a customer pays with cash, the system configures the change to the nearest $0.05. Depending on the transaction total, the system will either slightly increase or decrease the change due. This does not impact electronic transactions.
