From standbys like organic, fair-trade bananas, low spray local apples, hearty bunches of celery, and crisp greens to unique ingredients like turmeric root and specialty citrus, the co-op has your fresh produce covered! Looking for something specific? Call anytime for availability.

Meat and Seafood
The co-op coolers and freezers are packed with local and ethically sourced meat, poultry, and seafood for all your favorite dishes.

Cheese
Everything you need for your recipes, creative sandwiches, and building a festive cheese board. Choose from a wide variety of cheeses, including unique local options, aged cheddars, and international cheeses, as well as blocks, slices, and shreds.

Beer
From locally crafted beers to seasonal ciders, find just the sip you’re looking for in the co-op coolers.

Bulk
Buy as much as you want or as little as you need. Buying bulk cuts down on food waste and packaging, and creates opportunity to try new foods with low upfront costs. EACM carries over 20 bulk herbs and spices, easily the most economical way to stock your spice jars!

Wellness
Squeaky clean body and home products, including Fair Trade personal care and eco-friendly cleaning and paper products.
Local Goodness
The co-op was founded in part to increase access to local foods, and supporting and sourcing from WNY farms and producers continues in our work every day! From year-round local apples, to fresh dairy, Buffalo-made pierogi, to locally brewed beers, natural meats from WNY farms and local ingredients in our prepared foods, we’re committed to building our regional economy.
Carrying local products in the co-op increases access for owners and shoppers and broadens the market for WNY food producers. Together, we’re keeping your grocery dollars in your community.
