The East Aurora Cooperative Market is seeking a Front End Shift Lead to provide stellar customer service, maintain the flow of operations and ensure accurate cash handling. Individuals in this role provide friendly and helpful service, process co-op sales transactions, ensure store upkeep and perform opening and closing procedures.

The East Aurora Cooperative Market is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in building and maintaining a fresh, scratch-made prepared foods department. The Kitchen Supervisor should have a passion for cooking and will oversee the afternoon / evening shift, providing wraparound support for the department.

Full time or part time position.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a supervisory role in restaurants, food service, catering, deli, or kitchen operation.
  • Degree, certification or two years of cooking experience.

The East Aurora Cooperative Market is seeking full time and part time Team Members to work in our Grocery, Produce and Customer Service departments. Co-op Team Members will be friendly and helpful to and should love to delight customers with excellent customer service, a fun shopping experience and quality products.

Desired experience

  • Experience in a retail or merchandising position
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
